LAN Associates Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Surveying, Inc. is a full-service firm founded in 1965. We currently provide services to municipalities, boards of education, commercial and industrial clients, attorneys, and homeowners. LAN's main office is located in Midland Park NJ, with satellite offices in Vernon NJ and Goshen NY. Some of our specific services include boundary and topographic surveys, site plans, stream encroachment and drainage studies, foundations and retaining walls, underground tank removals, asbestos and lead, and wetland delineation reports.
Bill Manning and Steven Ramiza have over twenty-five years of combined experience at LAN, and are the Directors of their respective departments.
