"Dr. Michael Stewart, DC, CCSP has been practicing chiropractic for 12 years. His family and sports oriented practice is about to transform into a full service wellness center. On January 2nd, 2008 The Center for Wellness & Sports Rehabilitation will open to the public. This 1,900 square foot suite will offer Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Nutritional Counseling, Weight Management, and wellness related mini-seminars.
A variety of wellness products will be available for purchase to enhance the patient's healthy lifestyles. Dr. Stewart offers many chirporactic and therapeutic techniques to accomodate all body types and to get the best results in the shortest amount of time. Some of the treatment methods include manual and instrument - assisted adjustments, traction, muscle stimulation, ultrasound, laser therapy, hot/cold therapy, massage, and stretching. His office accepts all insurances and
he is in-network with many of them.
Dr. Stewart enjoys playing softball, tennis, and golf. He teaches kids to play baseball at his personally developed camp called Baseball Boot Camp. Every year he donates $500 to the Glen Rock High School Athletic Department in the form of scholarships. As a member of the ANJC, ACA, Chamber of Commerce, and LeTip International he is able to stay connected to the community and his profession. Dr. Stewart lives in Glen Rock with his beautiful wife Jodie and two angels Valerie and Jeremy."
