June 7, 2007 - Tom Borgaro from TJB Plumbing in Ridgewood speaking to us about a very cool valve, which very easy to use by the home owner and easy to install. This little valve offers a very fast way of turning off a water supply in the event of an emergency. Thanks, Tom!
June 7, 2007 - Robert Blum, from Montvale Moving, formerly Ridgewood Moving offers "A Stress Free Moving Experience." Montvale Moving moves everything from a small office to the entire contents of a large home. They specialize in Piano's. He said you can save a few bucks if you pack your homes contents yourself. They offer rates by the hour for local moves or charge by the pound for longer distances.
May 31, 2007 - Jane C. Harlin from Advanced Payroll Solutions in Rochelle Park spoke about "telephone customer service" and the art of answering the telephone in a pleasent and professional manner. If you have to put that customer on hold, "never never forget they are there." Try and check back often and be sure to listen to them especially if they have a problem and need your help. Jane says, "You never have a second chance to make a first impression."

He suggests that larger homes have more than one zone for air-conditioning and that his company offers service plans for heaters, boilers and air conditioners and installs generators as well.

He also spoke about ways of saving some dollars on premiums by installing an alarm system, for burglary or fire or a sprinkler system, also for fire.
