| August 23, 2007 - Newest member Harold Wachtel from Greenberg & Rapp in East Hanover spoke to the group about himself and his company and the many benefits he offers in Life, Disability and Health Insurance. And photo right, veteran Ridgewood LeTip member Yuri Tchernossitov from New Concept Office Supply Group, in Midland Park spoke about the personal attention he gives to everyone, especially fellow LeTip members. | August 16, 2007 - Adam Perlman from Perlman Creative Group in Glen Rock spoke about branding by posing the questions, "Do you have a strong company logo and does it communicate what you do? Is it memorable? Does it stand out from your competition?" He then went on to tell us that his company can create you a strong company logo as well as, advertising, direct mail, newsletter, trade show materials, packaging and all areas promotion. | August 16, 2007 - Joe Nackson from Joseph Lewis Nackson Law, spoke about Shareholders Agreements, sometimes called 'business separation agreements' between partners in the event a "business divorse" becomes necessary. It's like a marriage without the honeymoon and protects the interests of partners. It often provides for a buyout and lists company assetts and the value of the business. He suggests this agreement be created at business inception as the costs to separate without one could be very high. His law firm can handle this agreement for you! |

| August 9, 2007 - Craig Lynch from Complete Home Inspection in Mahwah, asked fellow home inspector, Jim Weingartner, to attend Thursdays meeting. We discovered that Craig was Jim's teacher and that Jim wanted to tell us what a great teacher Craig was! |

| July 19, 2007 - Robin Gronsky from Robin M. Gronsky Law in Ridgewood, NJ, always answers her telephone! Robin suggests avoiding adjustable rate mortgages and tells us that there's has been more flexibility in the last three years with negotiating a final cost of a new home purchase on both sides. Robin is licensed in NJ, NY and Florida! |

| July 19, 2007 - Bill Foley, from REMN, Inc., Real Estate Mortgage Network in Upper Saddle River, NJ, suggests calling your credit card companies to negotiate a lower interest rate and to be sure you figure in extra time if you mail your payments. He suggests never closing an existing credit card as this is seen by the credit reporting companies as having 'bad' credit! Thanks, Bill! |
